Match Ticket Terms


1. Availability of Match Tickets

The Bharat Army membership program provides priority access to match tickets; however, it does not guarantee availability. Match tickets are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 


2. Ticket Purchase Process

Members will receive timely notifications and instructions on how to purchase match tickets. It is the member's responsibility to follow the specified ticket purchase process within the designated time frame to secure their tickets.


3. Ticket Allocation Limits

To ensure fair distribution among members, there may be limits on the number of tickets that can be purchased per member for certain matches or events. These limits will be communicated in advance.


4. Refunds and Cancellations

Once match tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, unless there are exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Bharat Army management.


5. Membership Renewal

Gold members will have the opportunity to renew their membership for subsequent years. However, renewal of membership does not guarantee match tickets for every event or match.


6. Communication and Notifications

The Bharat Army will strive to provide timely updates and notifications regarding match tickets, but it is the member's responsibility to regularly check their registered email, social media accounts, and the official Bharat Army website for important announcements and updates.


7. Changes to Membership Benefits

The Bharat Army reserves the right to modify or change the benefits and terms of the membership program at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.


8. Compliance with Stadium Policies

Members must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the respective cricket boards and stadiums when attending matches. The Bharat Army will not be held responsible for any breach of these policies by members.


These terms and conditions should be communicated clearly to all members during the sign-up process and made easily accessible on The Bharat Army website or any other communication channels used for membership-related updates. 




Membership Refund Policy


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the customer must submit a refund request within a specified period from the date of membership purchase to memberships@team.bharatarmy.com 


2. Refund Request Process

Customers must contact the Bharat Army customer support team to initiate the refund request. The request should include the customer's name, membership details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund.


3. Refund Consideration

Refunds will be considered if the customer can demonstrate that they were misled or there was a misrepresentation regarding the availability of match tickets at the time of purchase. However, if the refund request is solely based on the customer's misunderstanding of the membership benefits, the request may not be granted.


4. Refund Amount

If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid for the membership, minus any non-refundable charges or administrative fees that may apply.


5. Refund Method

Refunds will typically be processed using the same payment method used for the membership purchase. The customer may be required to provide additional details, such as bank account information, for the refund to be processed.


6. Refund Timeline

The Bharat Army will make reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly. However, the actual timeline for refund processing may vary depending on factors such as payment gateway processing times and banking procedures. 




Bharat Army Gold Members Edition Fan Jersey Terms & Conditions & Returns Policy


1. Size Selection

During the membership sign-up process, members are required to select the preferred size for the jersey accurately. It is the member's responsibility to carefully choose the size based on the provided size chart and guidelines. 


2. Confirmation of Size

Before finalizing the membership sign-up, members have the opportunity to review and confirm their selected size. It is crucial for members to double-check and ensure the accuracy of the chosen size before proceeding.


3. No Guarantee of Size Change

Once the membership sign-up is completed and the jersey is ordered, there is no guarantee of being able to change the size. The selected size will be provided as requested, even if it turns out to be incorrect.


4. Exchange Options

In certain cases, the Bharat Army may, at its discretion, consider offering an exchange option for the incorrect size. The availability of exchange options and any associated fees (including shipping costs) will be determined by the Bharat Army management on a case-by-case basis.


5. Return and Exchange Process

If an exchange option is provided, the member will be responsible for returning the jersey in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The member will also be responsible for covering any return shipping costs. Additionally, the member may be required to pay for the shipping fees for the replacement jersey.


6. Availability of Sizes

The availability of specific sizes for exchanges is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, alternative solutions may be offered, such as store credit or a refund for the jersey price, excluding any non-refundable charges or administrative fees.


7. Member Responsibility

It is the member's responsibility to provide accurate sizing information during the sign-up process. The Bharat Army will not be held liable for any incorrect size selection made by the member.


8. Modification of Terms

The Bharat Army reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions related to size selection, exchanges, and returns at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of any significant changes through appropriate communication channels.
