Eligibility:

The "Bharat Army Ultimate Fan Face-Off" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is open to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old at the time of entry or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

1. Upload a photo from your stadium visit - anything that captures the spirit!

2. Encourage your friends and fellow fans from your city to participate!

3. The more entries from your city, the higher your chance to win!

Consent and Release

By submitting your photos to enter in this Contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You grant The Bharat Army the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted content in any promotional activities, including but not limited to social media, websites, print materials, and digital advertisements.

2. You certify that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share and grant The Bharat Army the aforementioned rights to use the submitted content. This includes obtaining consent from any individuals featured in the content, especially minors, where applicable.

3. You understand that The Bharat Army will make best efforts to credit you as the creator of the content whenever reasonably possible, but there may be instances where it may not be feasible due to technical constraints or other reasons.

4. You release The Bharat Army from any any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use, distribution, or display of the submitted content in connection with the Contest and promotional activities.
